Pregnancy Classes

Private In home Childbirth Classes:
 Being fabulous isn’t sitting on a dirty
hospital floor or begging your husband
to leave work early to attend a Lamaze
class. Our childbirth educators will
come to you. Your personalized, one on
one class will focus on your needs
whether it’s a refresher class or the
complete first time parent program.
Given that the class is 1:1 we will be
able to cover more material is a short
period of time. We start with a 3 hour
class and have the option of adding
hours or coming back for an additional
session, depending on your needs.
Our
educators will focus on a holistic
approach, with an emphasis on breathing
techniques. We will ensure that you feel
prepared for the birth process,
supportive techniques during labor,
relaxation, medical interventions, and
the postpartum recovery period. In home
childcare classes are also available.
$300.00 for 3 hour class.
$100 for each
additional hour.
First 5 miles free,
subsequent mileage
will be billed at
$.65 per mile.

Small Group Childbirth Classes
Being Fabulous doesn’t have to break the
bank. As an alternative to our private
classes we offer a small group of only
four couples, a stark contrast from the
typical 10 couples at most classes. This
intimate setting will allow our
instructors to give you a personal touch
not feasible with most classes. We
believe that most busy couples are not
interested in weeks of training, and
it’s hard enough to convince your
significant other that classes are an
essential part of a successful birth
plan. So we have created an intensive 6
hour Saturday class that will cover the
birth process, supportive techniques
during labor, relaxation, medical
interventions, the postpartum recovery
period, while focusing on breathing
techniques.
$220.00 per couple.

Private In Home Childcare Classes
Regardless of how fabulous you are, we
all need a little help now and then. We
understand that leaning how to care for
an infant is a scary prospect and that
not everyone has a family member to
assist. Our staff will give you one on
one, in home lessons on diapering,
bathing, holding techniques, handling a
fussy baby, childproofing, and
purchasing the right products. Whether
you want classes before the birth,
after, or both… we are here to meet your
needs.
