Only after we truly get to know our nannies do we use the Perfect match profiling System to bring family and nanny together.

All of our nannies are CPR and first aid certified before being placed in your home.
No membership fees, no need to sift through thousands of self written profiles, or to scour the classifieds. Trust a leader in the home services community to do the research necessary and guarantee satisfaction. For a one time placement fee we find you that perfect individual to meet your children’s needs, fit your family profile, and work within your budget.
After filling out the
Family Application you will pay an application fee of $200, which will go toward your total placement cost. We will conduct a phone or in person interview to ensure we have a good feel for the type of person you are looking for. Then our team will email you several profiles, with pictures of nannies we believe will be a good fit. From these nannies we will set up in home interviews for you to make the final decision.
We will be there once you make the final decision to assist in the process of rate setting, job descriptions, signing contracts, and ensuring that both sides are comfortable with the arrangement. We include one month of phone support to assist in any issues that arise.
Pricing: Our placement fee for a full time nanny is 18% of the total annual gross salary or $2000, whichever is greater. Part time nanny: 15% of annual gross salary, or $1500, whichever is greater. If you are not satisfied with the nanny within one month, we will assist you in finding a replacement for no additional cost.
