We understand that for most women, breastfeeding is an overwhelming thought. Though the hospital will provide some initial assistance, any experienced mother knows it is always that first couple weeks that make most moms unsuccessful, and give up.

At Fabulous and Expecting our experienced team of Nurses and Lactation consultants will be available to provide private, in home classes before your birth, and make home visits after your baby is home, to offer the support and reassurance needed to make your journey as a new breastfeeding mom a calm and pleasurable one.

We will assist you in answering those questions…

• Is he getting enough?
• Is he latching on properly?
• Why does this hurt so much?
• How do I work this pump?

We believe that in the privacy of your own home, you will be more comfortable to learn the proper techniques for success. We pride ourselves on not being that “tree hugging” society of women who feel that it's breastfeeding or nothing.

As mothers ourselves we understand the pressures of going back to work and that not all babies or mommies are the same. We will guide you through education, personal lessons, and nonjudgmental support, to help you breastfeed as long, or as much that is right for you.
